Return and Exchanges

At OLOVE, we offer only the best products who respect the strictest standards of the EVOO industry. All our products are tested to the industry's leading standards and have our seal of quality.

We will gladly accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If it’s a gift and you’re not sure when it was purchased, don’t stress. Just reach out and let us know who purchased it for you and we can track down the order. Please note that shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items on sale or gift cards. Volume orders are also not eligible.

If there are any defects, damaged or wrong items, we will replace the product or we will issue a refund, at the customer's convenience, in this case the shipping fees will also be reimbursed by our company.

To process a return or exchange, please submit your request using the form above or email us at and our customer service team will help you proceed. Be sure to include your order ID number.

If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and not be returned to you. 

For returns, refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 1-2 weeks to reflect on your end.
